Aspire Globally is recruiting an exceptional Resort Hotel Manager on behalf of a prestigious luxury resort in the Indian Ocean. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee the daily operation of a world-class luxury resort, delivering exceptional guest experiences whilst inspiring a culture of excellence throughout the property.
Leading Luxury Resort Operations

Lead the day-to-day operation of a luxury beachfront resort, ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations.

Drive operational excellence across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, Recreation and Guest Services.

Build a high-performance culture focused on personalised luxury service, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Preferred Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction whilst maintaining Forbes and luxury hospitality standards.

Lead, mentor and develop departmental leaders, creating a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Monitor operational performance, service standards and financial results through measurable KPIs.

Work closely with the Executive Committee to achieve budgeted revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction targets.

Ensure seamless collaboration between all operational departments.

Champion innovation, sustainability and continuous operational improvement.

Support sales, marketing and revenue strategies that maximise occupancy and commercial performance.

Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, compliance and brand presentation.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Minimum 10 years' luxury hospitality experience, including significant experience as a Hotel Manager, Resort Manager or Executive Assistant Manager within an internationally recognised luxury resort.

Proven leadership experience managing multiple operational departments.

Strong financial awareness with experience managing budgets, payroll, forecasting and operational costs.

Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction, employee engagement and operational performance.

Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills with the ability to inspire multicultural teams.

Experience within Forbes Five-Star, Leading Hotels of the World, Ultra-Luxury or internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands is highly desirable.
