Overview

Aspire Globally is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a prestigious luxury Hotel in London for exceptional Lifestyle Ambassadors & Modern Butlers.
 

This is not a conventional Butler appointment.

We are looking for outstanding hospitality professionals who combine the foundations of luxury Butler service with the personality, cultural knowledge and creativity of a modern lifestyle ambassador.

The successful candidates will become trusted points of contact for their guests, recognising individual preferences, anticipating needs and creating highly personalised stays through exceptional service, local knowledge and thoughtfully curated experiences.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver highly personalised Butler service throughout the guest journey.

• Build genuine relationships with guests and understand their individual preferences.

• Recognise returning guests and anticipate both stated and unstated needs.

• Curate individual experiences around culture, dining, wellness, family and lifestyle interests.

• Share authentic knowledge of London, its culture, neighbourhoods, cuisine and experiences.

• Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, entertainment and special arrangements.

• Create memorable celebrations, private experiences and personalised guest moments.

• Provide exceptional in-room, suite and private dining service.

• Demonstrate excellent food, beverage and menu knowledge.

• Work seamlessly with Concierge, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments.

• Maintain detailed guest preferences to enable increasingly personalised service.

• Handle unusual requests with creativity, discretion and resourcefulness.

• Maintain impeccable presentation and the highest standards of professional conduct.

• Combine established Butler protocols with a contemporary and intuitive approach to luxury service.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Previous experience within luxury hospitality, Butler service, Guest Relations, Concierge, VIP Services, lifestyle management or a comparable guest-facing environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A confident, professional and naturally welcoming personality.

• Genuine cultural curiosity and an interest in London.

• Strong guest recognition and anticipatory service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

• Confidence interacting with sophisticated international guests.

• Strong food, beverage and luxury hospitality knowledge.

• Creativity and resourcefulness when responding to individual requests.

• Emotional and cultural intelligence.

• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.

• Genuine enthusiasm for learning and personal development.
   

Preferred Experience

• Luxury hotel, resort, private members' club or luxury residence experience.

• Previous Butler or personalised guest-service experience.

• Concierge, Guest Relations, Lifestyle or VIP Services background.

• Strong knowledge of London and its cultural and lifestyle experiences.

• Experience with UHNW, VIP and internationally travelled guests.

• International hospitality experience.

• Additional languages would be advantageous.

• Exposure to Forbes, LQA or equivalent luxury service standards.

• Food and beverage service experience would be advantageous.
