Overview

Aspire Globally is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a prestigious luxury resort in the Maldives for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager.

This appointment offers the opportunity to lead one of the resort's most important operational departments, delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple restaurants, bars, in-villa dining and destination experiences.
 

The successful candidate will combine commercial leadership with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, creating memorable guest experiences whilst developing high-performing teams and driving financial performance.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets across the resort.

• Inspire and develop a culture of personalised luxury service.

• Deliver Forbes and Leading Hotels of the World service standards.

• Maximise guest satisfaction through exceptional dining experiences.

• Manage restaurant, bar, beach, pool and in-villa dining operations.

• Lead, coach and mentor department managers and supervisors.

• Develop training programmes focused on service excellence and guest engagement.

• Ensure outstanding food safety, hygiene and compliance standards.

• Work closely with the Executive Chef to create innovative dining concepts.

• Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions and memorable guest experiences.

• Control departmental budgets, labour costs and profitability.

• Analyse guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements.
   

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an inspirational hospitality leader who combines operational excellence with strong commercial awareness.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Extensive luxury resort Food & Beverage leadership experience.

• Proven success managing multiple restaurants and bars.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

• Experience working within Forbes, LQA or equivalent luxury standards.

• Excellent financial and commercial understanding.

• Outstanding communication and guest engagement abilities.

• Calm, professional leadership under pressure.

• Passion for developing future hospitality professionals.
   

Preferred Experience

• Luxury resort experience within the Maldives, Seychelles, Middle East or Asia Pacific.

• International five-star hotel or resort background.

• Experience opening new restaurants or resort concepts.

• Wine, beverage and fine dining knowledge.

• Multi-cultural leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations.
