Overview

Aspire Globally is conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a prestigious luxury hospitality group seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead a portfolio of five luxury resorts within the Indian Ocean.
 

Reporting directly to the Owner and Board of Directors, this appointment requires a visionary hospitality leader capable of driving commercial performance, operational excellence and long-term strategic growth across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of five luxury resorts.

• Report directly to the Owner and Board of Directors, providing regular operational, financial and strategic updates.

• Develop and execute the group's long-term business strategy and growth plans.

• Drive operational excellence across all resort operations.

• Build a high-performance executive leadership team through coaching, mentoring and succession planning.

• Champion a guest-centric culture focused on personalised luxury service and emotional connection.

• Identify opportunities for brand enhancement, market expansion and commercial growth.

• Ensure financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting and asset management.

• Oversee all corporate functions including Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Development.

• Develop strong relationships with owners, investors, tourism authorities and strategic partners.

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal obligations and international hospitality standards.

• Lead capital investment projects, renovations and future resort developments.
   

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be an internationally respected hospitality executive with an exceptional track record of leading complex luxury resort operations.
 

You will demonstrate:

• Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire large international teams.

• Outstanding commercial and financial acumen.

• Experience managing multiple luxury resorts.

• Strong strategic planning and organisational development skills.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to transform businesses whilst protecting luxury brand positioning.

• Calm, decisive leadership within demanding international environments.

• Absolute integrity, discretion and professionalism.
   

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 15 years' senior executive leadership within luxury hospitality.

• Previous experience as CEO, Regional Vice President, Group General Manager or Cluster General Manager.

• Multi-property luxury resort management experience.

• Strong background in luxury resort operations and guest experience.

• Experience working directly with owners, boards and investment groups.

• Demonstrated success delivering commercial growth and operational transformation.

• International experience within the Indian Ocean, Asia Pacific, Middle East or comparable luxury destinations.
